All of our courses revolve around one very important subject: Occupational Health & Safety.
When we hear of incidents in the media, we are reminded of how vigilant we must be in ensuring worker safety.
Throughout the day we should all take a minute to be aware of our surroundings and ask ourselves if our practices will endanger ourselves or someone else.

Changes to High Risk Licensing in Victoria, commencing 1st October, 2012
As of 1st October, 2012, under new WorkSafe Victoria legislation, all Victorian Registered Training Organisations will be required to deliver training & assessment for Forklift, Order Picker and Boom Lift licences using a Unit of Competency within the Australian Quality Training Framework.
What does this mean for me?
Beginner courses will now be conducted over 3 days instead of 2, and we will no longer be able to offer an assessment only to experienced operators. We will, however be able to offer a shorter course for people who have driven a forklift before (possibly 1-2 days).
I run a business. Can my staff still be
trained at my workplace?
Yes; but the way in which we deliver the training will be slightly different. The schedule is yet to be confirmed, but it is likely that after training is conducted, participants will be left with a log book to complete before the Assessor comes back to your site to conduct the assessment.
Will the course be more expensive?
Yes. As you would expect, a longer course requires more resources and staff time, therefore a price increase is inevitable. We will, however be endeavouring to make the increase as
minimal as possible.
