The EWPA Operator Ticket (Yellow Card) is a registered ticket issued to operators who have been successfully trained by an EWPA Accredited Trainer in the use of various types of EWP’s that do not require a WorkSafe Licence*.
These are:
- Trailer mounted Boomlift - TL (under 11 metres)
- Self Propelled Boomlift - BL (under 11 metres)
- Vertical Lift - VL
- Scissor Lift - SL
- Truck Mounted Boom - TM (under 11 metres)
*If you will be using a boomlift with a boom length of 11 metres or more, you will need a WorkSafe High RIsk Licence - WP. For more information see EWP - High Risk Licence Course (Boomlift over 11 metres)
The Yellow Card confirms that the holder of the ticket has been trained in the safe use of the work platform(s) as noted on the ticket.
Yellow Card Courses are held regularly at our Kilsyth Training Centre where we can provide training in Boom Lift and Scissor Lift (BL & SL).
If you require training any of the additional classes above (TL, VL, or TM), we can arrange for you to do you to do the course at an alternative location, various locations are available throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area.
