My family and I were assisted on call by Kyle L. He was absolutely incredible. We had quite a few things to discuss regarding language arrangements for a forklift course offered by Start Training and it was thanks to Kyle's patience, support and genuine willingness to help that we were able to get everything arranged. He remained professional, empathetic and polite at all times, going above and beyond to help us. Clearly one of the company's stellar employees and one of the best phone services we have received in years.
I just completed my first aid & CPR. Adam was fantastic! He was a former ambulance officer so was able to provide real and likely scenarios we may encounter. He made learning fun and informative. I also enjoyed doing the theory online from home and only the practical portion in person.
I had a great experience with Ishita Sadhu. Her assistance was extremely good—very clear, supportive, and professional. She made the entire process easy and smooth. Must recommend her services!
The guys at Ferntree Gully start training are absolutely amazing. They are very professional and their work ethic is on another level. They give advice and important information about all the aspects of your training. They give you a heads up on material that you need to study for your written exam. Made it easy for me to get my forklift license. Thank you for your dedication to your students. It was a absolute pleasure to meet all of you.
I had a great experience with Start Training. Amina was very nice, helpful, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made the process easy. Highly recommended. Thank you, Amina!
Nathan at Ferntree was cool, calm and collected in facilitating the training for the forklift drivers course. His encouragement both on and off the trucks was a motivational comfort to someone who has never had experience behind the wheel before. Thank you Nathan!
Start training is a great place to get your white card like what I’m doingI spoke to Amina and she spoke very clearly and straightforwardI appreciate her taking time to explain the process and how it goesThanks AminaI would recommend
I don't know the teacher name, he is fat bald and use glasses. He should be a teacher. He really teach very well. The way he ask questions. Even you can't remember it. He will help you to remember the answer.
Great experience at Start Training. I completed my forklift licence and warehouse package here. The instructors were professional, patient, and very supportive during both theory and practical sessions. Everything was well organised and the assessment process was smooth. Highly recommended !
Great few days with Nathan at Start Training in Ferntree Gully. This man is an incredible trainer. Great communicator, a great sense of humour, and has amazing patience for his students. Give this man a raise, promotion, the whole lot. My experience here was as good as it was due to this guy.
I completed my forklift training at Start Training today and couldn’t be more impressed. I had Greg on day 1 and Nathan on day 2 and both were incredibly kind, supportive and knowledgeable. As a beginner and a female student, I was quite nervous at first but I felt genuinely welcomed, respected and encouraged by the trainers and the other students. It was a great learning environment, and I’m really looking forward to returning for more courses. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The trainers at start training are fantastic. In they were very patient pleasent and friendly. The training at start training was.very throw and the trainers will do all they can to help you get your licence I highly recommend start training to any one how whats their fork lift licence.
The trainers gave me all the information and support I needed to successfully complete the course. They were very helpful in ensuring I understood the concepts correctly, especially since I don't speak or fully understand English.
Completed my White Card course very recently, and I have to say the experience was superb. Peter, our host, was an outstanding presenter, he was captivating, entertaining, & genuinely engaging. He held everyone’s attention for the entire 6–7 hours, which is not easy to do. He came across as very knowledge and passionate about what he teaches and he connected with everyone through his shared experiences and stories. He not only equipped us with the nessecary information to ace the test but he made it an enjoyable, 'would do again' experience. Peter fostered a welcoming enviroment through his hospitality and consideration. He offered us frequent breaks and provided his help at the constant. Peter was very understanding, and recognised the varying learning abilities across the cohert and accommodated making sure everyone was supported. Great, down to earth guy. Thanks peter!
I completed my White Card training today with Start Training, and I have to say it was one of the best training sessions I’ve ever done. My trainer, Peter Nigido, was outstanding.Peter explained everything clearly, kept the class engaged, and made sure everyone fully understood the safety requirements. He was friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable, and he created a comfortable environment where it was easy to ask questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students learning the right way.I walked out feeling confident, well-prepared, and with a solid understanding of what’s required on a worksite. If you’re thinking about doing your White Card, I highly recommend booking with Start Training and asking for Peter. Absolute legend.-Tye Killmier
