How Do I Request A Price Match?

Simply present proof of the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product, either at the time of purchase or within 7 days after your purchase.

Once your price match request is verified and the competitor’s price is confirmed as valid we will happily match the price or refund the difference to you..

What Are The Exclusions?

– The price match will not be provided for courses already started or complete and will not be applied retrospectively.
– Offers that artificially low by excluding the full costs or including hidden costs and additional charges such as charging for retests or additional training.
– Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
– Courses or training packages that differ significantly from those provided by Start Training, for example we are unable to price match a 1 day express course against a 2 day beginner course.
– Offers not available to the general public – including trade, special event, club or membership offers.
– Pricing errors.
– Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.
– Start Training will not price match from the following companies / buinesses due to reasons including but not limited to: no current genuine course offerings, known hidden costs, artificially low prices, prices set significantly lower than recommended retail price or market value: Short Courses Australia

What proof do I present when requesting a price match?

Simply provide a Start Training team member proof of the competitor’s current advertisement or website address, showing the offer’s end date and any terms and conditions. A team member may check the website to verify the lower price and availability of the product.

Once your price match request is verified, we will create an offer for you to purchase the product from us at the lower price.

Can I use various payments options as my method of payment, for example Afterpay?

Yes. Just inform a member of our staff of your preferred payment option from those we have available.
